FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How do I get a Login and Password?
To request a new account, please contact Xeryus Divecha xeryus.divecha@sandvik.com. The Marketing department will review all requests and support in account creation where applicable.
2. How long will it take for my order to arrive after I make payment?
Once your order has been placed and you have received an order #, it will be picked, decorated, and shipped. If all items in your order are express items, your order will ship within 7 business days. If your order includes standard items, it will ship within 2-3 weeks
3. How do you ship my orders?
Orders ship from MerchCentre Warehouse in 1 week
4. How will I know that you have received my order? Will I receive a receipt or notification by email?
Once you have placed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to the address specified under 'My Account Details'.
5. Claims and Returns
We strive to fulfill all customer orders quickly, cost-effectively, and without damage. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us right away at stores@merchglobal.com.
Defective items or items sent in error may be returned to our warehouse. A full refund will be issued once the returned items are received.
Please note that we do not accept returns for merch-on-demand items (i.e., products customized upon order), unless the item is defective or the order was incorrect.
